The Folk of the Bottle Keep

 

 

Created for a craft weekend at the "A for Arbite" restaurant, these were based on a children's story I was trying to write.

Their bodies are glass bottles and lab flasks, with heads in resin clay.  Their head gear is from our extensive collection of bottle tops, toothpaste tube caps and other plastic detritus found lying around.

 

If you're interested in giving one of them a home, some of them are stlll up for adoption.  All except for Edvard the Gargoyle who legged it for New Zealand once the weekend was up...
